For the Berry Filling:
- 3 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Crumble Topping:
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch (or similar-sized) baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss until the berries are evenly coated. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour in the melted butter and stir until a crumbly texture forms.
- Evenly spread the crumble topping over the berry filling.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berry mixture is bubbling.
- Allow the crumble to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
